Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety measures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and assembly tasks.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely is required.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, as it may involve material handling duties.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
