Express Employment Professionals is hiring Machine Operators for a variety of manufacturing companies throughout the Metro Detroit area.

We're seeking reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be available for overtime and longer 10-12 hour days.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tooling changes as needed
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
• Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections
