Salary based on experience

• San Marcos, TX: $70,000 - $74,999
• Austin Airport Area, TX: $58,000 - $63,999
• Leander, TX: $70,000 - $74,999
• South Austin (Brodie Lane Area), TX: $64,000 - $69,999
• Georgetown, TX: $64,000 - $69,999

Bonus Opportunity

• Quarterly performance bonus potential of up to 25% of quarterly salary based on key performance metrics. 

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume retail location.
• Oversee sales floor operations, merchandising, inventory, and team performance.
• Drive revenue growth through effective staffing, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, attendance, and labor budgets.
• Monitor store performance and analyze reports to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle customer and employee concerns professionally and effectively.
• Create a positive, customer-focused culture while driving accountability and results. 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing store operations, sales performance, and team development.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
