⭐ WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls
Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Update patient information accurately
Answer questions and assist with resolving patient concerns
Document calls and information accurately in company systems
Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Work closely with team members to provide an excellent patient experience

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous call center OR medical office/healthcare experience required
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
