Guest Services Support - 20/hr

 

Express Employment is hiring for a Guest Services Support in Sevierville, TN. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and resolve customer concerns
• Assist guests with check-in procedures ensuring that all required paperwork and payment 
• Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
• Act as telephone operator as needed.
• Promote services 
• Maintain accurate records
• Additional clerical duties as assigned

 

Qualifications Include: 

• Guest Services experience required (2-3 years) 
• Comfortable with computer work 
• Exceptional Customer Service experience

Shift: 

• 9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
• Weekend availability required
