Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter / Employment Specialist to join our Morgantown team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to achieve goals. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, administration, or something completely different, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful recruiting career.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Match job seekers with employment opportunities that fit their skills and goals
• Build relationships with candidates and local businesses
• Conduct phone calls, text outreach, and email communication
• Post and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
• Help clients solve staffing challenges and fill critical positions

Training Provided

No recruiting or staffing experience is required. We provide hands-on training in:
