We are seeking a Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing
material, tools, equipment, and products within store locations to support the sale of all products 
with a high level of customer service. They report to the Store Manager and as well as take 
director from the Warehouse manager. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for internal 
and external warehouse appearance as well as proper processing and storage of product 
movement within the store and with other store locations and distribution centers.

Essential Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and understand the trucking schedule
• Process and unload incoming trucks in a timely manner
• Follow guidelines of daily warehouse checklist in a timely and consistent manner
• Read and understand customer orders, shipping orders via FedEx, LTL, or local delivery,
and Purchase Orders (PO’s) to determine items to be staged, gathered, or distributed
• Move product while properly using the correct equipment, including but not limited to
forklift, two-wheeler, pallet jack and four-wheel cart
• Inspect and maintain equipment in good working order to meet or exceed quality and
safety requirements, including required forklift maintenance inspections.
• Assemble customer orders from the truck shipment and/or store stock. Place the order
on a pallet or shelf in the proper staging location
• Properly receive and stage materials using a computer or Radio Frequency (RF) scan gun
• Ensure orders are clearly labeled with a signed Staging Ticket
• Sign your name to all Staging Tickets you complete for accountability
• Load and unload freight trucks, local delivery trucks, and customer vehicles
• Provide excellent and professional customer service while performing duties
• Assist in loading and unloading all customer pickups, deliveries, and returns
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed by customer and applicable store
employees after loading of product.
• Move store stock materials from the truck shipment and/or the customers returns area to
their proper storage location
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to their predetermined
sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or SKU
• Follow the proper steps to submit any necessary inventory discrepancies after processing
truckloads
• Build, audit, and maintain return pallets for inventory, safety, and appearance
• Participate in and establish complete overall accuracy of store inventory for monthly
cycle counts and physical inventories
• Complete inventory adjustments and breakage adjustments
• Complete all paperwork and reports pertaining to inventory, including but not limited to;
transfers, ship confirming, receiving, To Be Staged, Canceled Order, Over Allocation, and
Backordered to Store
• Enter all inventory and sales records using a computer
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse, the
warehouse desk, customer pick up and return area and as well as all paperwork
• Communicate, partner, and cooperate with sales staff towards creating an extraordinary
experience for our customers
• Support Store Manager to drive corporate initiatives
• Perform all job responsibilities with the highest level of safety and observation to
maintain a safe environment for all
• Work nights and weekends within a team rotation
• Required to work 40 hours a week
• Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty 
satisfactorily. 

• High School Diploma
• Computer experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to operate a forklift properly and with the highest level of safety.
• Forklift certified or willing to be certified.
• Demonstrated history of dependability, commitment, and positive work attitude.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds frequently.
