Responsibilities

Remove office furniture and materials as directed
Remove ceiling tiles and assist with renovation activities
Drill holes into concrete using powered equipment
Install poles, posts, and related hardware
Assist with attaching and securing railings
Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
Load, unload, and move materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and project instructions

Qualifications

Previous maintenance, construction, general labor, or handyman experience preferred
Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools required
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working indoors and around construction or renovation activities
