Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
• Learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting from experienced team members
• Load materials and monitor machine production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties related to production operations
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
