Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Training Provided – No Plastic Welding Experience Required

 

Job Description

Filtco is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Plastic Welder to join their manufacturing team. This position involves working with plastic components used in the production of industrial air filtration systems.

No previous plastic welding experience is required — Filtco will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Perform plastic welding and assembly of filter components
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assemblies
• Follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely handle materials and components
• Work as part of a production/manufacturing team

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or hands-on experience is a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Good attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work Monday–Friday
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work
• Plastic welding experience is NOT required — willing to train!
