What You Will Do

• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trailers and containers according to schedule.

• Material Movement: Move products and staging materials across the floor using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if trained/certified).

• Product Staging: Organize, stack, and stage incoming freight and outgoing orders in designated bays.

• Team Operations: Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily shift output and dock productivity goals.

• Workstation Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant dock areas following facility guidelines.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Prior experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or material movement preferred.

• Pace & Work Ethic: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive loading tasks efficiently.

• Team Focus: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude for working in a team environment.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.
