What You Will Do

• Cycle Counting & Audits: Perform routine cycle counts and regular inventory audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile system records against physical counts, investigate stock variances, and report findings to management.

• RF Scanning & Systems: Operate handheld RF scanners and update inventory management software to log real-time stock movements.

• Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and facility teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• Stock Maintenance: Ensure products are correctly labeled, organized, and rotated following facility guidelines.

• Reporting: Generate inventory movement reports and track location adjustments in digital tracking systems.

What You Need

• Inventory Experience: Prior experience in inventory control, cycle counting, stockroom auditing, or material tracking.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, experience with RF scan guns, and comfortable using inventory management software.

• Detail Focus: High attention to accuracy, document literacy, and strong problem-solving abilities for variance tracking.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality, strong organizational habits, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.
