What You Will Do

• Inbound Unloading: Manually unload shipments and product freight directly from inbound containers.

• Palletizing: Transfer, organize, and stack unloaded products safely onto wooden pallets.

• Order Selection: Pull customer orders from designated facility locations and feed items into conveyor systems for sorting and staging.

• RF Scanning & Systems: Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) handheld scan guns to log inventory movements, scan barcodes, and confirm accuracy.

• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely across the dock and facility floor.

• Dock Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation while following all facility safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Forklift Experience (Required): Prior hands-on experience operating any type of forklift (sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker, etc.).

• WMS Systems: Experience utilizing WMS scan guns or handheld barcode scanners for order picking and inventory logging.

• PPE Attire: Steel-toed boots are strictly required for this facility.

• Pace & Work Ethic: Willingness to handle physical loading/unloading tasks in a fast-paced dock environment.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance record, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
