Credit Specialist

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Credit Specialist for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $35.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and perform collections activities
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances
• Research and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and discrepancies
• Evaluate customer credit risk, payment history, and account activity
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues
• Assist with reporting and other credit and collections activities

 

Requirements

• At least three years of commercial credit and collections experience
• Experience with customer account reconciliations and dispute resolution
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
