Position Summary

We're seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Person with A/C certification to assist with general maintenance and emergency repair needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs

• Assist with A/C-related maintenance and repairs

• Load and transport equipment as needed

• Respond to occasional emergency situations, including A/C issues or flooding

• Work independently and ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly

Requirements:

• A/C Certification REQUIRED

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to transport equipment

• Dependable and responsible

• Able to work independently

• Must be available for occasional weekend emergency calls

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM OR 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
  Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  Occasional weekend work may be required for emergency situations.

Pay:

• Starting Pay: $22/Hr.
