An Edmonton client is seeking a Renewals Admin to join their team.

Renewals Admin Highlights:

• Open files and review insurance details for accuracy and completeness.
• Re-approve registrations by ensuring insurance dates match the information provided by registrants.
• Verify CPR certificates, including certification dates and required certification levels.
• Review continuing education credits to ensure compliance with registration requirements.
• Use a proprietary database designed to minimize errors and maintain accurate registration records.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing and entering information.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation as required.
• Follow established procedures and confidentiality requirements when handling registrant information.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable reviewing documents and verifying information.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate proprietary database systems.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files and priorities.
• Previous administrative, data-entry, registration, or compliance experience is an asset.

Renewals Admin Hours & Wage:

• $22.00/hour
• Part-time – 5 days per week
• 4–7 hours per day
• Business casual attire
• Start date: Tuesday, October 15th
