A local Cleveland company is searching for a Technical Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in managing and resolving all customer inquiries related to heating, camping and accessory product lines. This fast-paced customer service role is within a leading Heating/Camping industry. This service representative will work directly with other customer service and sales staff for collaborative production goals. With room to grow, it’s important to point out that they do tend to promote from within, and offer some seasonal overtime hours.
