Automotive Mechanic / Technician

Location: Klamath Falls, OR
Pay: $19–$21/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Potential schedule change to Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

 

Our client is looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join their team and provide reliable maintenance and repair services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong mechanical skills, and takes pride in keeping vehicles running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and inspections
• Diagnose and complete minor automotive repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues
• Use basic diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations
• Provide dependable, quality workmanship
• Assist with additional mechanical tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Experience performing oil changes, routine maintenance, and minor repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Position Details:

• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Monday–Friday schedule
• $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity for a 1–6 month assignment
