Customer Service Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $19.00–$20.00/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Customer Service Representative Highlights:

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries.
• Process customer orders and accurately enter information into the company’s CRM/ERP system.
• Track and follow up on order status, backorders, and delivery timelines.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams regarding inventory and order fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as required.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments, including sales, logistics, and billing.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or order-processing experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer and order information.
• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with warehouse, sales, logistics, and billing teams.

Customer Service Representative Hours & Wage:

• $19.00–$20.00/hour
• Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Day shift
