Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable production/sanitation laborer to join our overnight team. This fast-paced position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment and work areas in accordance with established safety and operating procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and facility spaces.
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
- Safely use cleaning tools, equipment, and approved cleaning products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
- Assist with additional cleaning and facility support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Repetitive use of hands to grip and handle equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
