General Labourer

Right now, we have immediate openings for General Labourers with multiple trusted local clients. No two days look the same, the work is steady, and there's real room to grow into long-term, permanent placements.

●        Hands-on general labour in industrial and outdoor settings across Hamilton

●        Lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+)

●        Supporting crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control

●        Working in recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines

●        Manual tasks like moving equipment, manholes, materials, and tools

●        Following all health & safety procedures on-site

●        Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is an asset

●        Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work

●        Ready to work outdoors and across different environments

●        Reliable, punctual, and a genuinely strong work ethic

●        Can work independently and thrive as part of a crew

●        Steel toe boots required

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

●        Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing

●        Traffic control or flagging certification

●        Forklift certification
