Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay/Salary: $125,000-$150,000/year (Base + Bonus & Commission)
Job Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation through closing.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing solutions to meet customer needs.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of B2B sales experience in business development, account management, or a related role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.
