Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Monroe, NC. This position involves sorting and packing metals for shipment, performing inventory management, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Forklift experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train and certify the right candidate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, pick, and pack various metals accurately for shipment.

• Follow packing instructions and place items in designated shipping areas.

• Perform inventory management tasks including counting and sorting materials.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training and certification provided if needed).

• Use tablets and warehouse management systems to perform basic data entry.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience (metal industry preferred but not required).

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with tablets and inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Customer service orientation and understanding of timely order fulfillment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
