Foam Gluer/Wrapper & Baler Operator

Location: Cleveland, TN 37312

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Foam Gluer/Wrapper & Baler Operator to join a busy foam warehouse. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work with foam products, operate cutting and gluing equipment, and prepare materials for shipping and storage.

What You’ll Do

• Cut foam to specified sizes and dimensions.

• Operate equipment used to glue, wrap, and bale foam products.

• Measure foam accurately to ensure products meet specifications.

• Apply glue safely and properly according to production requirements.

• Inspect finished foam products for quality and accuracy.

• Wrap, bale, stack, and organize foam materials.

• Safely move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable work ethic.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.

• Experience working with foam, cutting equipment, or gluing equipment is helpful but not required.

• Comfortable using measuring tools and following specific measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent work.

• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and lifting/moving materials as needed.

• Safety-minded and willing to learn.
