Lamination Booth *Experience Required*

We are looking for an experienced and dependable team member to join our Lamination Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a spray rig and working with paint materials. This position involves preparing and applying materials, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray rig and lamination equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare, mix, and handle paint and other production materials.
• Apply materials evenly and accurately according to specifications.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
• Properly handle and store paint, chemicals, and other materials.
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using a spray rig is required.
• Previous experience working with paint materials is required.
• Manufacturing, painting, lamination, or composite experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
