Civil CAD Designer Responsibilities
- Prepare, modify, and maintain detailed CAD drawings and construction documents
- Develop site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and other civil engineering drawings
- Assist with project design and drafting from concept through completion
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Review drawings for compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Manage revisions and updates to engineering plans and documentation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Civil engineering experience or educational background is required
- Experience creating civil site plans and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of engineering drafting standards and construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
