• Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and run high-speed machines, coating machinery, and printers 
• Material Setup: Load rolls onto pneumatic shafts and meticulously thread them through the web paths.
• Quality Inspection: Continuously monitor line tension, consistency, and cut dimensions. Perform regular visual checks to eliminate defects before final packaging.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Safely clear machine jams, perform quick mechanical adjustments, change out worn slitting blades, and keep the equipment running smoothly.
• Line Safety: Adhere strictly to all plant safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, to maintain an accident-free workspace.

• Heavy Lifting: Must be able to safely and repeatedly lift, push, pull, and maneuver raw materials and finished product rolls weighing up to 50 lbs independently throughout your shift.
• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach for extended periods (up to 12 hours) on a concrete factory floor.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, printing, or packaging environment is preferred
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic mechanical schematics, use hand tools safely, and follow written manufacturing orders.
• Reliability: High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
