Material Handler - Minimal Experience Required!

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a Material Handler. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for moving, organizing, and supplying materials throughout the production and warehouse areas to keep operations running efficiently. Duties include loading and unloading materials, staging products for production, supporting shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating material handling equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to build your manufacturing and warehouse skills while working closely with production staff and supervisors to ensure materials are available when needed, maintain an organized work environment, support inventory control, and meet customer deadlines. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train dependable individuals who are safety-focused, responsible, and eager to learn.

Shift Schedule

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (flexible schedule) 
• Occasional overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay

• $19.00 per hour (pay negotiable depending on previous experience)
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Supply production areas with materials needed to maintain workflow
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
• Prepare materials and finished products for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as trained
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization
• Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
