Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Industrial Air Filtration Service Technicians to join our crew. This position performs filter changes and maintenance on dust collection and air filtration systems in industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in industrial environments, and willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform filter changes and routine maintenance on industrial dust collection and air filtration systems.
• Assist with installation, servicing, and maintenance of filtration equipment.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines while working in industrial facilities.
• Use hand tools and equipment required to perform maintenance and filter changes.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns or potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, filters, and job materials as needed.
• Work at various customer locations, including out-of-area facilities.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel as required.
• Perform other maintenance and labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial, maintenance, mechanical, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and around machinery and equipment.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to work independently when needed and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
