Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Equipment Technician, or Field Service Technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity?

We're hiring a skilled mechanic to work on fleet and construction equipment in a hands-on environment. If you know how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and keep equipment operating safely, we'd like to hear from you.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

• $27–$45/hour DOE
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No scheduled weekend work

🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel fleet and construction equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components
• Identify equipment problems and complete repairs efficiently
• Help minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

🔧 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of diesel, heavy equipment, fleet, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on construction equipment, fleet vehicles, or heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and diagnose problems with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Dependable, safety-minded, and quality-focused
• Ability to drive company vehicles
• Your own mechanic tools are required
