Account Customer Service Associate

Located in State College, PA

Salary: $18-$20

Do you enjoy performing shipping tasks? Possess high levels of customer service? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Account Customer Service Associate to start immediately. 

 

* $18 - $20/hour

* 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch

* Long term opportunity with growth potential

* Duties will include: Data entry, track progress of shipments, upload documents, communicate with shipping vendors, confirm shipping instructions, ensure proper handling and packing of inventory.  Resolve issues regarding damaged or lost items and delayed shipments.

* Qualifications: Ability to acquire TSA Certification.  Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail  Ability to multi-Task and prioritize. Excellent customer service skills. HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience.
