Maintenance Asset & Reliability Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically minded individual to support maintenance and reliability efforts in a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate equipment records, organizing maintenance documentation, and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph and document production equipment, including valves, pumps, sensors, and related components.
• Enter and maintain accurate asset information in the CMMS.
• Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
• Organize and maintain the Maintenance Library, including manuals, binders, and reference materials.
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to verify equipment information and improve documentation.
• Assist with monitoring equipment performance and identifying opportunities to improve PM programs.
• Follow all food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and document equipment components.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment.
• CMMS experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Pay: $20.29/HR
