Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory, and safely operating various types of material-handling equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, move, organize, and stage warehouse materials.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials as they are received or shipped.
• Properly store and organize products and materials.
• Prepare materials and orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experience.
• Previous forklift/fork truck operating experience required.
• Recent experience regularly lifting 50 lbs. or more as part of the job.
• Experience using material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have solid warehouse experience, be comfortable operating multiple types of equipment, and understand the importance of safety and accuracy when handling materials. Recent hands-on experience lifting 50+ lbs. and operating a forklift is required for consideration.
