Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary, and presentable facility. The ideal candidate will have previous janitorial experience, take pride in their work, and be able to work independently while completing assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Clean porcelain fixtures, partitions, countertops, mirrors, and floors.
• Maintain inventory and supplies in the facility storage area.
• Disinfect hard surfaces, door handles, and other high-touch areas.
• Dust and polish wood surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Spot clean carpets as needed.
• Vacuum and mop floors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent janitorial or professional cleaning experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
