Job Title: Wrapper

Location: Monroe, NC 

Pay: $17.50

Schedule: 1st shift

The Wrapper is responsible for the final packaging of completed heavy construction products to ensure products are properly protected and prepared for shipment. This position operates specialized wrapping equipment, performs quality checks, and helps maintain a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load finished windows and doors into wrapping equipment.
• Operate wrapping machinery to securely package products for transportation.
• Inspect wrapped products to ensure packaging meets quality and shipping standards.
• Apply protective materials and packaging products as needed.
• Verify products are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
• Move finished products to designated shipping or staging areas.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other production or shipping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and safely operate wrapping machinery and related equipment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
