Remote Customer Service Rep – Work from Home + Sign-on Bonus!

 

An online-based company is looking to bring on a new Remote Customer Service Rep to join their team! As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you’ll be assisting with answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat from the comfort of your own home.

 

This position will start September 14th 

 

Essential Duties:

• Answering customers' questions and inquiries promptly
• Understanding and following through with company policies and guidelines
• Communicating customer issues to management
• Effectively assist customers via phone, email, and chat.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Strong typing skills – 50 WPM
• Ability to be customer-focused
• Zendesk experience is a plus

Equipment Needed:

• Desktop or laptop – 2021 or newer Mac or PC
• Computer camera and Zoom app for training
• High-speed internet through an ethernet cable. Wi-Fi is NOT  adequate for this position
• Voice-capable headset and webcam to carry out training and work duties
• Distraction-free and noise-free dedicated workspace

Schedule and Pay:

• All schedules and hours are TBD and will be posted in Pacific Standard Time
• $18 an hour
