Salary: $14.00 + DOE

Review the client's chart and treatment plan prior to the appointment • Set up the treatment room with all necessary supplies, equipment, and products for the scheduled service • Start a chart for services to be completed, enter lot numbers and expiration dates when applicable • Greet and room the client at their appointment start time; review consent forms, take photos, and complete all pre-treatment prep (including health history assessment (pregnancy, medication changes, changes in health history), cleansing area to be treated, numbing cream applied when appropriate, and positioning • Confirm the client is completely ready, comfortable, and informed before notifying the provider to enter During the Provider's Time with the Client • Assist the provider as needed: prepping supplies, ensure supply availability, handing supplies to provider, documenting, and restocking as used • Anticipate needs to keep the appointment moving efficiently • Read the room: step out at natural transition points to prep and room the next client, keeping appointments on time without disrupting the client experience • Presence is part of our standard of care. Personal cell phones are not permitted during client treatments. Our full attention belongs to the client, always. • Collect treatment details from the provider for charting purposes After the Provider's Portion is Complete • Take over client care immediately: aftercare instructions, post-treatment application, and client questions • Document the visit accurately and completely • Clean, restock, and reset the room for the next client • Coordinate follow-up scheduling and product recommendations • You own the client until they are passed off and reported off to the next team member.
