Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will operate machinery used to form brake lines and perform assembly of components while maintaining quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate has previous production, machine operation, or assembly experience and is comfortable working at a consistent pace while performing repetitive tasks and lifting materials throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used to form and shape brake lines.
• Perform assembly of brake line components according to established procedures.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a consistent production pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Lift and move materials weighing approximately 30–40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Meet production and quality expectations.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in production, machine operation, assembly, or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a production environment where productivity and quality are both important. Recent hands-on manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience is required.
