General Laborer 

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in manufacturing and warehouse environments. This is a hands-on position that may involve material handling, production support, loading and unloading, packaging, cleaning, and other general duties as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and warehouse activities.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.

• Sort, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.

• Assist machine operators and other team members with production tasks.

• Perform quality checks and report damaged or defective materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

• Accurately complete basic paperwork or production documentation when required.

• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow established procedures.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.

• May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, machinery, and other industrial conditions.

• Requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Schedule may include overtime, weekends, or varying shifts depending on the facility.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on assignment.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.

• Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
