What You Will Do

• Material & Freight Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage raw materials, pallets, and bulk goods on the warehouse floor and shipping docks.

• Industrial Production Support: Assist machine operators and assembly teams by feeding raw materials into production lines and pulling finished components.

• Assembly & Processing: Use basic hand tools to assist with product assembly, tear-downs, and preparing bulk goods for transport.

• Facility Maintenance: Perform heavy-duty facility upkeep, including clearing production debris, sweeping industrial floors, and organizing storage yards or bays.

• Safety & Site Compliance: Follow strict industrial safety guidelines while navigating a busy work floor alongside forklifts and moving machinery.

What You Need

• Work Ethic & Drive: A "get the job done" attitude with a strong commitment to daily punctuality and dependable attendance.

• Industrial Comfort: Comfort working in a true industrial setting (varying warehouse temperatures, dust, noise, and fast-paced production).

• Safety First: Strong commitment to facility safety rules and wearing required protective equipment (PPE).

• Experience: Prior background in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or heavy-duty warehousing is a huge plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work history will be considered!

• Transportation: Dependable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO.
