What You Will Do

• Inbound Inspection & Processing: Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming medical supplies, equipment, and stock shipments according to healthcare industry standards.

• Documentation & Verification: Verify purchase orders, packing slips, item quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates for 100% accuracy.

• System Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital tracking procedures.

• Labeling & Storage: Properly label, sort, and transfer medical inventory to designated bin and racking locations.

• Discrepancy Reporting: Inspect freight for physical damage or shipping errors and report discrepancies immediately.

• Future Equipment Operation: Undergo paid training to operate cherry pickers/order pickers at elevated heights within high-bay storage areas.

What You Need

• Detail & Compliance Focus: High precision when verifying part numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, and purchase orders.

• Comfort with Heights (Required): Must be fully comfortable working at elevated heights as you transition onto order picker equipment.

• System Familiarity: Comfort using electronic inventory tracking tools, handheld scanners, or computer systems.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance record, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Hazelwood, MO 63042.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment evaluations and background checks.
