What You Will Do

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, load, and unload bulk materials and palletized inventory.

• Staging & Loading: Wrap completed pallets securely, maneuver inventory across staging bays, and load or unload trailers and shipping containers.

• Inventory Control: Transport goods accurately to assigned storage bays, racking locations, or production lines using picking sheets or scanners.

• Quality & Damage Control: Inspect inbound and outbound products for damage, verify item counts, and report discrepancies promptly.

• Equipment Care & Safety: Perform daily pre-shift safety checks on assigned equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift is required.

• Detail Orientation: Ability to read order sheets accurately, track inventory locations, and spot damaged products.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
