About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate (1st Shift) for a growing logistics facility in Hazelwood, MO (63042).

This active position combines hands-on order picking and packing with digital inventory tracking using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). No prior forklift or order picker experience is required—our team will fully train you on high-reach equipment as you grow with the company! What You Will Do

• System Data Entry: Accurately enter and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track received, picked, packed, and shipped goods.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately according to company procedures.

• Inventory Control: Perform routine cycle counts and verify product information, stock quantities, and rack locations.

• Future Equipment Operation: Undergo paid training to operate cherry pickers/order pickers at elevated heights throughout high-bay storage racks.

• Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and aisle space.

What You Need

• System & Detail Skills: Comfort entering data into inventory systems/WMS and verifying part numbers and counts.

• Comfort with Heights (Required): Must be fully comfortable working at elevated heights as you transition onto order picker equipment.

• Accuracy & Focus: Strong eye for detail when counting stock, labeling packages, and preparing outbound orders.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance record, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Hazelwood, MO 63042.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment evaluations and background checks.
