What You Will Do

• Batch Ticket Processing: Carefully read batch tickets and accurately verify precise product weights for customer orders.

• Material Dispensing & Repackaging: Safely dump bulk product (e.g., measuring 25 lbs out of a 50 lb bag), weigh to exact specifications, and repackage securely.

• Staging & Shipping Prep: Palletize finished goods, shrink-wrap pallets, apply accurate shipping labels, and stage product for outbound transport.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all English measurements, weight ratios, and packaging labels match ticket guidelines 100%.

• Cross-Training Readiness: Complete day-one evaluation testing to support backup coverage or secondary department operations as needed.

What You Need

• Recent Equipment Experience: Stand-up forklift experience within the last 6 months is required. (Note: Primary daily duties are hands-on material handling; forklift usage is minimal/under 5%, but candidates must pass a written forklift evaluation on day one for cross-training purposes).

• Basic Math & Reading Skills: Ability to read batch tickets in English and perform basic division/subtraction (e.g., dividing 50 lbs in half).

• Detail Focus: High attention to accuracy when measuring ingredients and labeling packages.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Bridgeton, MO 63044.
