About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a versatile Distribution Operations Associate (1st Shift) to join the specialized kitting and distribution team of a leading medical supplies provider.

This multi-faceted role focuses on order picking, custom product kitting, packing, and preparing medical supply shipments. No prior equipment certification is required to start—our team will train you on high-reach order picking equipment as you advance! If you enjoy an active, fast-paced environment and are comfortable working at elevated heights, this is a prime daytime opportunity with steady hours and weekly pay.

What You Will Do

• Kitting & Bundling: Assemble, bundle, and package custom medical supply kits accurately according to order sheets.

• Order Fulfillment & Picking: Walk facility aisles to select medical supplies, pick customer orders, and stage products for shipping.

• Packing & Shipping Prep: Securely pack medical inventory, apply shipping labels, and prep orders for outbound transport.

• Future Equipment Operation: Undergo training to operate cherry pickers/order pickers at elevated heights throughout high-bay storage racks.

• Department Support: Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area in compliance with medical supply distribution standards.

What You Need

• PPE Requirement: Steel-toed boots are required on-site from day one.

• Comfort with Heights: Must be completely comfortable working at elevated heights as you transition to trained order picker equipment.

• Detail & Accuracy: High focus on product accuracy when assembling medical kits and picking specialized items.

• Reliability: Excellent work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
