What You Will Do

• Fixture Assembly & Calibration: Align, assemble, and calibrate parts—including leads, coils, wires, tabs, terminals, switches, and transformers—into designated housing units according to specifications.

• Blueprint Reading & Wiring: Read wiring diagrams, assembly schematics, and production drawings to route, lace, and attach circuitry, wires, and connectors to power supplies or switch panels.

• Hardware & Sealing: Install components, attach necessary hardware, and seal final assemblies securely.

• Quality & Rework: Perform visual and operational inspections for defects (such as chips or scratches) and replace defective wiring or components as needed.

• Workstation Efficiency: Prioritize tasks independently to meet steady production goals and tight deadlines safely.

What You Need

• Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, electrical assembly, or component build experience/training.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read basic schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and follow verbal instructions.

• Fine Motor Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work comfortably with small, detailed electronic hardware and wiring.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
