About the Role

What You Will Do

• Receiving Dock Support: Assist with daily dock tasks, offload freight, inspect incoming shipments for damage, and report discrepancies promptly.

• Cherry Picker Order Picking: Accurately pull customer orders from high-bay storage racks following established picking guidelines.

• Outbound Freight Prep: Wrap pallets securely and load trailers or containers for outgoing transportation.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine daily inspections, basic upkeep, and battery/charging care for warehouse equipment.

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free receiving area through continuous sweeping and station management.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience (Required): Hands-on experience operating a cherry picker (order picker) is required. Reach truck experience is a helpful bonus, though not mandatory.

• Dock Proficiency: Prior experience working on a receiving dock, staging incoming freight, and conducting product inspections.

• Safety & Detail Focus: Strong commitment to warehouse safety standards, quality control, and order accuracy.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment evaluations and background checks.
