This active floor role focuses on picking bulk cases of wine from high-bay racking systems, staging inventory, and loading flow bins for shipping. Please note: This facility exclusively utilizes standing equipment. Candidates must have verified experience operating stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret/swing-reach trucks, alongside full comfort working at elevated heights.

What You Will Do

• High-Bay Case Picking: Retrieve bulk cases of wine from elevated warehouse racks and transfer them to designated staging zones.

• Flow Bin Loading: Transfer prepped cases into flow-bin setups to support active shipping demands.

• Stand-Up Equipment Operation: Safely handle stand-up forklifts, order pickers (cherry pickers), and turret (swing-reach) trucks across narrow aisles.

• High-Altitude Maneuvering: Work comfortably and efficiently on elevated equipment platforms at full racking height.

• Accuracy Checks: Double-check case quantities, product numbers, and staging tags to guarantee zero shipping errors.

What You Need

• Standing Equipment Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on proficiency operating stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret (swing-reach) trucks (no sit-down equipment is used in this plant).

• Height Comfort: Ability to operate elevated machinery high above the warehouse floor without hesitation.

• Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work required 2nd shift weekend hours.

• Physical Capability: Capability to lift, load, and stack heavy case goods continuously.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance, strong teamwork, and daily transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.
