HR Onboarding/Benefit Specialist. The role will focus on employee onboarding, compensation, and benefits, Manage new hire onboarding process, Employee support with the benefits administrator and benefit matters. The ideal candidate will have a desire to be helpful, possess a proactive approach to issues, display strong emotional intelligence, be a self-starter, provide great customer service to staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Three to five years progressive HR experience at the generalist level, with hands-on ownership of benefits, leave administration, and employee relations. • California employment law knowledge. • Workday proficiency. • Demonstrated comfort conducting employee relations investigations independently. • Strong Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint skills.

Pay Range is $38.00-$48.00 HR based off experience
