Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Fulfillment Agent!

Position Summary: Our client is growing and looking for a tenacious, detail-oriented Fulfillment Agent to join their production team! In this full-time role, you will serve as the final quality checkpoint for every order leaving the facility. The Fulfillment Agent will inspect decorated products, prepare customer orders for shipment, manage inventory, and process shipping documents and invoices. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the smallest details, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect decorated products for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Confirm completed products meet order specifications and customer expectations
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required paperwork
• Verify shipment details to ensure orders are complete and accurate
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to support timely deliveries
• Process customer invoices by verifying pricing, billing details, and tax information
• Include invoices with shipments or coordinate invoice delivery with the sales team
• Organize decorated inventory and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with restocking shelves
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with fulfillment team members, supervisors, and production staff
• Help the team meet daily production schedules and productivity goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or quality-control experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify imperfections
• Reliable and dependable, with consistent follow-through
• Strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated with minimal supervision
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and focused when unexpected challenges arise
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer, scanner, and data-entry skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Hours:

• 6:30am – 3pm
• Monday – Friday

Pay:

• $18–20/hour
